3. Let us know your move in date

Choose the date you want to be connected. Just a tip: it’s a good idea to choose a connection date at least one day before you plan to move in, as the power will come on sometime between 7am and midnight.

Need to move in a hurry?

If there’s less than 3 business days before you move, give us a call on 13 24 61 from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and we’ll get you sorted.

If you’re an existing Origin customer ask us to disconnect at your old address as well by phoning 13 24 61. Otherwise, you’ll need to get in touch with your current provider to disconnect your old address.
