What if I’m already using My Account to manage other Origin products?
You can now manage your LPG account alongside your other Origin products. If you’re an LPG customer who is already on My Account, simply login and you can instantly access and manage your LPG.
How can I update my account details in My Account?
You’ll soon be able to update your personal details via My Account. In the meantime, please use our online enquiry form.
Will My Account be available to LPG customers via Origin’s mobile app?
Yes, you can access and manage your payments, orders and deliveries via the Origin mobile app.

Victorian residents who hold eligible concessions and use LPG may be eligible for an annual rebate.
From 1 July 2016, New South Wales residents who hold eligible concessions and use LPG may be eligible for an annual $90 rebate.
