Origin Zero launches upgraded EnergyZone portal

Origin Zero has created and launched a new My Business Account online portal, giving their customers greater opportunity to self-serve and helping them accelerate to net zero through end-to-end integrated solutions.

The portal, developed internally by Origin Zero’s future energy team, is a significant step towards achieving the business unit’s mission – to help accelerate Australian businesses towards net zero.

The upgraded portal provides customers with accurate and timely billing information, energy usage data and insights, access to Origin Zero’s people, expertise and range of energy saving products.

My Business Account will ensure Origin Zero’s customers have a clear picture of their energy consumption and costs and will arm them with all the information they need to make smarter decisions around their operational energy usage.

The upgraded portal has been rolling out across Origin Zero’s customer base from June 26th, with a new and improved, user-friendly interface, and more features being introduced over the coming months.

Origin Zero will continue to evolve and improve the portal, ultimately creating a world class system able to support more than just their own customer base. Origin Zero partners will soon be able to customise the portal to their own specific needs and connect it with the Origin Zero products and services they use.

“Our ambition is that, in the future, My Business Account users with compatible hardware will be able to review the performance of their on-site solar panels and batteries, use their on-site energy monitoring solution to optimise the efficiency of their facilities, upgrade to the optimum network tariff and more,” Cleland adds.
