Your voucher can’t be transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your voucher can’t be used on an account that has an Easipay payment arrangement.
You must redeem your voucher in full – and you can only use it on one fuel (either your electricity or natural gas account) at the supply address you listed when signing up. That means you can’t split your voucher across fuels, or use it at any other premises where you may have an Origin account.
You can redeem your voucher on your current bill if there are at least 4 business days remaining until the due date. Otherwise, the credit will be applied to your next bill instead – meaning you’d need to pay your current bill in full as usual. For direct debit customers, the bill amount would come out of your account automatically. And pay on time customers would need to pay their current bill in full and on time to receive their regular discount.
If your voucher amount is more than the amount due on your bill, that remaining credit will go towards your next bill.
If your voucher amount is for more than the amount due on your bill, the remaining amount will appear as a credit on your next bill.
Your voucher will be applied as a credit towards the charges on your bill.
If you leave Origin before redeeming your voucher, or you don’t redeem it within 12 months of issue, you’ll lose the voucher.
