You can also request your meter data by calling us on 13 24 61 (weekdays 7 am to 9 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm), or you can email us.

Authorised Customer Representatives can submit their requests by using the online form.

When will I get my meter data?

It can take between 10-20 business days depending on how many properties you ask for meter data for. If you request data for multiple sites, it takes longer as each site is treated as a single request:

One site 10 business days
More than one site 20 business days
