How do you tell a scam from a real Origin email
If you receive a bill and don’t agree with the amount due, just call us at least 4 business days before the due date with your query. We'll cancel your direct debit and you won't be charged the portion subject to your query until the issue has been resolved.
If a direct debit has already gone through when you contact us, we’ll investigate and organise a refund full for any portion of the bill that is incorrect.
