Terms and Conditions – Origin’s Internet Network Guarantee

These Terms and Conditions apply to Origin’s Internet Network Guarantee (the “Internet Network Guarantee”).

  1. If you are eligible for the Internet Network Guarantee and are not happy with our network within one month of connecting your service, you can cancel your plan and we will refund your monthly plan fees paid to date.

  2. To be eligible for the Internet Network Guarantee you must:

    a. be a new residential broadband customer; and

    b. have signed up to your plan between 4 August 2021 and 31 October 2021.

  3. You will not be eligible for the Internet Network Guarantee if the Internet Network Guarantee has been applied to the address previously.   

  4. To take up the Internet Network Guarantee, you need to call Origin on within one and a half months of your service being connected.

  5. We will refund your monthly plan fee (including VoIP Plan monthly charge where relevant) only. The Internet Guarantee excludes all other charges and fees, including any equipment charges and installation, connection, new development and new line activation fees.

  6. Any credits we have applied to your internet account will not be refunded as part of the Internet Network Guarantee.
