Within a week...


We send out your new agreement and confirm the energy usage charges for your address and meter type.


Your ten-day cooling off period starts the day after you get your agreement.


We've set you up in My Account so you can manage your account online or using our iOS app. We'll send you an email to activate your account shortly.
