If you're enquiring about electricity, natural gas or hot water, submit your enquiry through My Account. We’ll be able to get back to you much faster that way.

You can add, change or remove concession details quickly and easily in My Account.
Do it online in minutes!
Renew online in just a few clicks (you'll need your account number handy), or head to or compare plans page and choose a plan to renew onto.
Change your plan whenever you like
Head to our Compare plans page to see what's available and pick a new plan. Doing it online only takes a few minutes.

Joint account holder
Has full access to your account, with a few exceptions. As the primary account holder, you're still solely financially responsible for the account.
Can make limited changes to the account and submit requests. Aren't financially responsible for payment of account bills and can't claim concessions or cancel the account.
Please let your additional account holder know that their information has been provided to us and tell them about our Privacy Statements.
Do you want your Joint account holder's name added to the Joint Account holder section of your bill?

How often can you make payments?
You can set up a direct debit for your payments or you can pay manually through BPay, in person at an AusPost outlet, online or on the phone.
We'll email you about your payment arrangement soon. If you think you might be disconnected due to missed payments, please call us on 13 24 61.
