What happens next

You should receive a confirmation email shortly so keep an eye out. It’ll contain specific details about your business energy agreement and anything you’ll need to do.

Within a week

We’ll send you a copy of your new agreement. We will also confirm the business energy usage charges that apply to your business address and meter type.

Your ten day cooling off period starts the day after you get your agreement.

If you haven’t already registered for My Account, we’ll send you an activation email so that you can manage your account online, quickly pay your bills, update your details or check your usage details.
