1. We’ve got an energy plan for your business
Take a look at our business energy plans and offers, and pick the one that suits your business.
2. Tell us your new address
Lets us know your new site address and your best contact details, and your ABN or ACN.
3. Let us know your move in date
Choose the date you want to be connected. Just a tip: it’s a good idea to choose a connection date at least one day before you plan to move in, as the power will come on sometime between 7am and midnight.

Need to move in a hurry or have multiple sites?
If there’s less than 3 business days before you move or your moving requirements are a bit more complicated, give us a call on 1300 661 544 between 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and we’ll get you sorted.
Moving Out?
If you’re an existing Origin customer ask us to disconnect at your old address as well by phoning 1300 661 544. Otherwise, you’ll need to get in touch with your current provider to disconnect your old address.
Additional charges
Your distributor may charge a connection or disconnection fee. Any charges will be billed to us and we'll pass them on to you.
Building a new site or refitting?
You might need to get a new meter, upgrade an existing one or install a service line.
