Our credit and debit card payment facility is down
Apologies for the inconvenience. We're experiencing some technical issues right now that are preventing credit and debit card payments from being processed. We're working on it! The problem will be resolved by 6 am Thurs 28 Feb. Payments can still be made via BPay (Biller code: 130112).

3. Let us know your move in date
Choose the date you want to be connected. Just a tip: it’s a good idea to choose a connection date at least one day before you plan to move in, as the power will come on sometime between 7am and midnight.
If there’s less than 3 business days before you move or your moving requirements are a bit more complicated, give us a call on 1300 661 544 between 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and we’ll get you sorted.
If you’re an existing Origin customer ask us to disconnect at your old address as well by phoning 1300 661 544. Otherwise, you’ll need to get in touch with your current provider to disconnect your old address.
