Your one and only.

We’re into you. Not in a weird way. In a way that’s normal for an energy company that really cares about customer support. We want to make sure that if you ever need help, we’re able to provide it as quickly and easily as possible.

To do so, we’re making sure our team members are all equipped to help you with whatever you need, whenever you need it. Rather than bouncing from one agent to another, we’re setting up a system that’ll assign you one person, who’ll stay with you until a solution is found.

We’re doing this by moving towards a system that:

  • Will have one small team of energy specialists dedicated to your account, so that you get consistent service from the same small team from the moment you join us until you leave (which we hope you don’t).
  • Has the ability to adapt quickly to customers needs, through collaboration across teams.
  • Uses analytics to continuously create daily improvements to our customer experience.
