Statement on Mortlake Power Station

On Friday, 29 November, Origin notified the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) there would be a slight delay in the return to service date of the Mortlake Power Station generating unit damaged by an electrical fault on 8 July 2019.

Pelican Point to power on for another four years

Origin Energy has renewed an agreement with ENGIE Australia for 240 megawatts of capacity at Pelican Point power station for another four years, expected to start from 1 July 2020.

Annual General Meeting – Withdrawal of Resolution 9(f)

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.17A.2, Origin Energy Limited (Company) gives notice that resolution 9(f) in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 13 September 2019, being a resolution requisitioned by a group of shareholders under section 249N of the Corporations Act, has been withdrawn by the same shareholders from the meeting.
