Drilling of Bang Nouan-1 Exploration Well
Origin advises that drilling has commenced at the Bang Nouan-1 gas exploration well in the Savannakhet PSC, Lao PDR, in which it has a 30% interest.
The well forms part of a farm-in arrangement between Origin and Salamander announced to the ASX on 4 December 2009.
Drilling is being operated by Salamander Energy plc of the United Kingdom.
