Origin Dividend Re-Investment Plan

This is to advise that the Origin Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRP) will be suspended with effect from 31 October 2008. The DRP will not apply to the proposed 25 cents fully franked dividend which is to be announced following the completion of the ConocoPhillips’ Transaction.
