It only takes a few minutes to arrange new energy accounts for your new home, and for your old service to be disconnected. Then you can simply relax and enjoy the benefits of being with us.

You can arrange it all online now. But if you have any problems, simply call our movers team on 13 MOVE (13 66 83). We’re always happy to help.

Before you start

To make the change, you must be the account holder or authorised representative and also you'll need to have:

  • Your drivers licence
  • Your old and new supply addresses
  • Your old and new telephone numbers.
  • An email address
  • We recommend you have a copy of a recent electricity bill with you

Please contact us at least three business days before you move (five days if you're a Queensland customer and only moving out).
