If you've already moved in to your house and want to change your electricity or natural gas provider switch to Origin.
What happens next?
We'll organise the rest for you, and handle the changeover if you're with another energy retailer.
To finalise your account make sure there's clear access to the meter so a final reading can be taken by your distributor.
You'll receive an email and letter containing your energy agreement when your application is received. We'll email you updates throughout the process to keep you up to date with its progress.
Your distributor may charge a connection or disconnection fee if a reading needs to be performed outside of their schedule. Any charges will be billed to us and passed on to you. Find your distributor and visit their website to find out what fees apply.
