Here's how Direct debit works!
- You will still receive your bill as usual so you will always know exactly how much will be deducted and when.
- To give you time to review your bill and ask any questions the amount due is deducted from your nominated account on the due date.
- We cover the cost of payment processing from savings or cheque accounts, however normal account keeping and transaction fees from your bank may apply. A 0.6% fee (inc, GST) will apply to payments made by Visa or MasterCard.
- You don't have to wait in any queues, send any cheques or make any phone calls.
- You bank account statement include all payments and acts as your receipt.
