You can view, change and manage your payment and account details, all in the one place. My Account is available to our business customers who operate from a single business location. If you have more than two sites, please give us a call on 1300 661 544 between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We'll be happy to help.

Direct debit

Setting up direct debit means having one less thing to worry about – and that’s always a good thing. We’ll automatically withdraw your set instalment amount from the bank account or credit card you’ve chosen when your bill’s due.

If you’ve just paid a bill and want to let us know so we can make a note of it on your account, give us a call.

Want to go paperless?

You can choose to have your bills emailed to you, so you’ve got less paperwork and can store a copy of your bills electronically for future reference. This is also how we’ll reach you any other time we need to get in touch.  If you’re on our Business eSaver energy plan, you will already be receiving your bills via email.
