Payment options
You can pay your bill online now, using your savings, cheque or credit card accounts through Postbillpay .(Transaction value limits apply) or use one of our convenient options below.
A 0.6% fee (inc. GST) may apply to electricity and natural gas bill payments made by Visa and MasterCard.
Direct Debit
No queues, no calls, no hassles. Direct Debit is an easy way to make sure your bills are paid on time. You receive your bill in advance to review, then the payment is automatically deducted on the due date from the account you nominate.
- Complete a direct debit form online. This process will produce a PDF document that you will need to print out and mail or fax to us.

Please note that the Direct debit request will take a minimum of 2 weeks to process.

- By phone - credit card - we accept Visa or MasterCard.

- Mail - Post your cheque or money order with your payment slip (payable to Origin) to the address shown on your bill.
- In person - Take your bill to any Australia Post outlet to pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
