Each bill is colour coded to identify the fuel the bill is for. Blue is for Gas and Red means that the bill is overdue. Account number
You need this when making payments or contacting us. Total Amount due
Shows the total amount payable, including overdue amounts and GST. Account name and address
Your invoice is addressed to the Primary Account holder only and joint account holders would appear below. Meter Read
Shows whether the bill is based on an estimated or an actual read. If the meter read is estimated, a reason will appear on the back of the bill. MIRN/DPI number
The Meter Installation Reference Number (MRIN) or Distribution Point Identifier (DPI) is the unique key to identify the natural gas connection point (the meter) that measures consumption. Account summary

Provides information about your energy agreement and any applicable benefits. Average daily usage and greenhouse gas emissions graph
The line on the graph shows the greenhouse gas emissions in tonnes and the columns refer to the average daily energy use in kilowatt hours. The time between columns will match the Customer Billing Frequency. i.e. monthly or quarterly. Important information
