Origin offers a breakdown hot water service guarantee.

If your replacement hot water service is not installed within 24 hours of purchasing, go shopping on us with a $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card#. Conditions apply, ask us when you call.

Breakdown guarantee does not apply if you purchase on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.

# Guarantee is for installations within 100kms of your capital city’s GPO or installer location. Based on standard installations with no variations in a like for like scenario excluding products that require a fuel change and or relocation. Not valid for purchases made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and or public holidays. If your installation is not completed within 24 hours of sale please send an email through to hotwater@originenergy.com.au clearly stating your EHW reference number found on your invoice, Name, Address and installation time. Upon validation Origin will then send out a $100 Coles Group & Myer gift voucher within 4 weeks of installation. Offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
