Centralised hot water
Centralised Hot Water supplies hot water to all the apartments in your building from a central source.
We supply the gas to heat the water and, in some cases, the gas for your cook top and other household appliances.
Your apartment has a dedicated hot water meter and we only charge you for the water you use. If we supply gas to your cook top and other gas appliances that will be shown as a separate charge on your account.
If your new apartment has Origin centralised hot water
If you're moving out of an apartment with Origin centralised hot water
- Close your hot water account with Origin online
- Close your hot water account with Origin by fax (70KB)
