Energy all around

Regents Park State School, Regents Park QLD - Year 2

We took energy education into our homes, sharing tips and challenging our families to use energy more wisely.

To learn about energy efficiency, we:

• identified where in our homes the most energy was used
• interviewed our family members about how they use energy
• shared our findings with classmates and brainstormed ways our families could save energy.

We’re encouraging others to use energy efficiently, by:

• creating certificates to reward our families for their energy saving efforts
• creating a PowerPoint presentation to share with others.
