Information for customers impacted by the NSW bushfires
If you have been affected by bushfires, it is possible that natural gas and electricity supplies have been interrupted by the distribution businesses in some areas, due to either damage or safety concerns. Your gas and electricity distributors will have the most up-to-date information on energy supply interruptions and advice for restoring supply to bushfire affected houses and other buildings. Customers with solar PV panels should contact a licensed solar electrician if the panels have been heat affected, covered in ash, or otherwise damaged.

Origin urges customers to ensure that all LPG gas appliances, components, supply cylinders or tanks affected by bushfires are checked by a competent and qualified gas fitter prior to the gas supply being turned on again.
