Easipay budget plan

It can be hard to manage bills that are bigger at some times of the year. Easipay (Energy Account Scheduled Instalments) budget plan makes sure you don’t get any surprises with your gas or electricity bill:

How Easipay works

• We average your bill over the whole year, so you pay in equal instalments
• You choose whether to pay monthly or fortnightly
• Your average is based on the energy you used this year. We’ll review it in 12 months time (or sooner if it appears that the amount is incorrectly calculated or that your usage pattern changes significantly), and adjust your payments accordingly. You will be advised of these changes.

Making payment

Your flat, regular payment can be deducted through direct debit from your savings, cheque or credit card account.

Please note a 0.6% fee (inc, GST) will apply to payments made by Visa or MasterCard.
