Easipay payment plan

It can be hard to manage bills that are bigger at some times of the year. EasiPay (Energy Account Scheduled Installments) payment plan makes sure you don't get any surprises with your gas or electricity bill:

How EasiPay works

  • We average your bill over the whole year, so you pay in equal instalments by direct debit
  • You choose whether to pay monthly, fortnightly or weekly (Weekly option available most areas)
  • Your average is based on the energy you used this year. We'll review it regularly and adjust your payments accordingly. You will be advised of these changes.

Making payment

Your flat, regular payment can be deducted through direct debit from your savings, cheque or credit card account.

A 0.6% fee (inc. GST) may apply to electricity and natural gas bill payments made by Visa and MasterCard.

Please note that the Direct debit request will take a minimum of 2 weeks to process.
