About the pump

  • The pump cover is available in 26 standard colours
  • The run dry protection means the pump won’t overheat without water
  • The pump automatically starts when you turn on the tap.

Positioning of your Rain Water Tank

Rain water tanks should be placed on a compacted level base of either:

  • Gravel Cell - Compacted gravel, poured into a honeycomb structure with compacting dust, such as Lilydale topping, OR
  • Concrete – reinforced steel concrete base of 100mm in thickness.

Positioning your tank on other structures (such as soil or sand) may lead to erosion, which may void the warranty on your tank and could lead to damage to the tank, property damage or personal injury.

The area surrounding the inlet of the tank should be clear of trees and/or other debris which may collect in the inlet, affecting the quality of water harvested and requiring additional cleaning maintenance.

Any additional costs will be quoted at the time of the site inspection.
