We have changed the way you view your Green Electricity Account summary
Why we've made the change
We are pleased to present to you a positive change to your GreenPower electricity bill. Previously your green contribution was included in the Service to Property Charge, or as part of the c/kWh charge. Now we have created a separate section item on your bill to make it clearer that you"re supporting GreenPower electricity. Your electricity rates have not changed and nothing changes in the way you pay your bill or receive your GreenPower electricity. It"s just a better way to present the contribution you make as a GreenPower customer.
