We’ve made some changes

Over the past few months we’ve been making some changes to the way we bill our SE Queensland customers, resulting in a new look electricity bill.

For most customers our changes will provide a clearer and easier way to read and understand your bill, however there are some changes that you won't be familiar with.

While these changes will have no effect on your energy agreement with us, there are some important things you need to know. The attached booklet ‘Introducing your new look electricity bill’ will help to answer your questions in relation to the following changes:
