The physical power that your business uses comes from the grid. When you choose government accredited Origin GreenPower products for your business, you’re instructing us to purchase the agreed percentage of electricity your business uses from an accredited renewable source. That electricity is then fed into the national grid.

When you choose accredited renewable electricity, you’re reducing the proportion of standard coal fired electricity in the grid and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The amount you pay is based on the percentage of GreenPower your company chooses to buy. We provide competitive cost options to our customers which your Account Manager can talk through with you, and help you determine the best option for your business.
