1 The performance hurdle for these options is based on the TSR index, i.e. the index measuring total shareholder returns maintained by the Australian Stock Exchange that calculates the share price movement of ordinary shares after notional reinvestment of dividends. Whether the exercise hurdle is satisfied within the exercise period is determined by comparing the TSR index of the company with the TSR index of a predetermined reference group of Australian listed companies relative to the date of approval. The percentage of options that may be exercised is calculated on a sliding scale dependent upon the Company’s performance against the reference group of companies. If the Origin TSR exceeds the 50th percentile, 50% of the options may be exercised and if it reaches the 75th percentile, 100% of the options may be exercised.
