Power On program
Power On is what we call our program for helping our customers through difficult times.
If, for any reason, you are facing challenges paying your energy bills, we can help you with:
- Creating affordable payment plans to help you get back on track
- Making sure you get you full entitlements
- Helping you make your home more energy efficient, leading to lower bills but maintaining the same comfort levels.
Who is eligible?
Often our customers think "there are others much worse off than me", or "everyone's doing it tough". But we want to help and if you need help you'll get it from us. There are many reasons people have difficulties paying their bills, including:
- Restricted income
- Recent reduction in income
- Unemployment
- Accident or illness
- High bills due to inefficient appliances.
