Starting a new business or moving premises can be a challenge. So it’s good to know it should only take a few minutes to set up a new energy account or arrange a move with us.

Just one phone call, and we’ll arrange for your accounts to be set up at your new address, and your old service disconnected.

For electricity and natural gas - 13 24 63

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm (EST).

For LP Gas - 13 24 62

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (EST).

You need to contact us at least 3 business days before you move (or at least 6 days in Queensland).

It will help when you call if you have:

  • Your account numbers
  • The old and new addresses.
