Account holder/s and postal address. Charges summary
New charges:
Total amount of the new charges relating to this billing period.
Due date:
The date by which you are required to pay.
Amount due:
The total amount you need to pay. This is the total of all the new charges in addition to any outstanding amounts. Payment Summary
A summary of the payments made since your last bill and the charges for this billing period.
Issue date:
You will usually have 12 business days to pay.
Charges, payment and adjustments:
Lists charges for previous invoice amounts, payments received, credits, new charges.
Total due:
This shows the total amount owing, including GST. Property location
The full property location details to where your natural gas is supplied.
MIRN/DPI number:
Your meter installation reference number (MIRN) or DPI – Distribution Point identifier, is used to identify the natural gas connection point that measures your consumption. Meter read dates
Reading date:
The date your meter was read to calculate this bill. Also notes the number of days since your last bill.
Approximate next reading:
The anticipated date for your next meter read.
Last bill reading:
The date the meter was last read before the reading used to calculate this bill. Important information

For electricity, the service to property charge is part of everyone's bill. It may cover part of the costs of providing and maintaining meters, poles, wires and billing and some retail operating costs.
