Board committees
The Board has established a number of committees to assist in the execution of its duties and to allow detailed consideration of complex issues.
There are four Board Committees which operate under their respective charters:
- Audit committee
- Health, Safety and Environment committee
- Nomination committee
- Remuneration committee
