Continuous Market Disclosure

The Company Secretary is primarily responsible for communications with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and compliance with ASX Listing Rules.

As required by ASX Listing Rules, Origin Energy discloses material matters to ASX and the media immediately. All releases are posted on the company's website immediately after release to the ASX and can be found in the News room section of our website.

Origin Energy has established a Continuous Market Disclosure policy to ensure:

  • Origin Energy achieves best practice in complying with its continuous disclosure obligations under the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules;
  • All of Origin Energy's shareholders have access to material information about the company and its prospects; and
  • Origin Energy and individual officers do not contravene the Corporations Act or ASX Listing Rules (which carry serious penalties).
