Code of Conduct
Origin Energy expects all Directors, employees and other persons that
act on behalf of the company to conduct themselves in accordance with
Origin Energy’s Commitments, Principles and Values and its policies
that guide business conduct.
These elements are set out in the attached Code
of Conduct (51KB). The Code of Conduct also details some key
policies and procedures which govern business conduct. These include:
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Harassment/ Discrimination Prevention
- Health, Safety and Environment
- Dealing in Securities
- Giving and Receiving of Gifts
The company has also established guidelines for the reporting of and dealing with serious concerns.
