A final dividend of 13 cents per share (fully franked) was paid on 3 October 2008. The record date was 9 September 2008 and the Ex-Dividend date was 3 September 2008.
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan was in operation for this dividend, however no discount applied.

Dividend Payment Options
There are currently three options for receiving your dividend payments:- By Direct Credit to a nominated back account
- By Cheque
- Participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)*
We strongly encourage shareholders to consider having dividends paid by Direct Credit as this is the most efficient, timely and safe manner of receiving dividends.
*The Company announced on 30 September 2008 that the Dividend Re-Investment Plan (DRP) will be suspended with effect from 31 October 2008. The DRP will not apply to the proposed 25 cents fully franked dividend which is to be announced following the completion of the ConocoPhillips’ Transaction.
