Understanding your bill

Sometimes when you get your gas or electricity bill, you only want to know how much is owing and when it's due! At other times you want more information. Our bill is designed to save you time by providing you both.

Note: These bills are an example of a Victorian Residential or Small Business customer only. There may be slight differences on your bill, for example concession information may differ from State to State. If you are a Commercial and Industrial customer (i.e. businesses that spend around $15,000 or more per year on electricity or around $50,000 or more per year on gas) please contact your account manager or call us on 13 23 34.
